Do you want collab items like in Pet Society, My Empire or Country Story? Here’s my suggestion and of course, MY EDITING! 😀 :
New recipe holders. The old one is ugly 😛 and… new roof!

Restaurant City Maniac 
I don’t play those other games, but that seems like an interesting idea. With the growing number of RC friends that I am making, I don’t think I’ll have a problem with those types of items. Cool idea.
